Department of Agriculture: Child and Adult Care Food Program

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) can help support your Club by providing healthy meals and snacks for Club members. As a Club, you can partner with a state agency (see a list of eligible agencies by state here) or apply on your own as an Afterschool Program to be reimbursed for healthy meals and snacks served to youth. Clubs who partner with state agencies will be reimbursed, per meal, through the agency. At least 50% of the youth at your Club must be eligible for free or reduced priced school meals to receive this grant. Visit the CACFP Web page for more information and instructions on how to apply.
